SARR Fall Training Program
We have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome! This flexible 16-week training schedule is written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.

Goal Race: San Antonio Marathon
Training Teams:
- Walk2Run 5K: For beginning runners or those wanting to speed up their current pace.
- Take on the 10K: For runners who completed a 5K and are looking to step up to the next level.
- Walk/Run 13.1: Looking to run your first Half Marathon? Using walk/run intervals will help you meet your goal.
- Let's Run 13.1: Our Half Marathon training is our most popular program and has helped thousands of runners cross the finish line.
- You Can Do 26.2: Up for a big challenge? Our Full Marathon training has helped runners of all paces tackle this distance.
Training Schedule:
- Weekly Group Runs Saturday AM (endurance/long-run) and Tuesday PM (speed/hills).
- We train at McAllister Park, LBJ Park, near the Zoo, along the Riverwalk and on the paved trails of Leon Creek & Salado Creek Greenways.

- Weekly coaches email, facebook group, fun socials & special events.
- Includes SARR Training Team shirt.
Free 4-week basebuilder starts in July.
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.
