SARR Fall 5K, 10K, Half & Full Marathon Training Program

The SARR Fall Training Program welcomes all levels and paces, offering training for various distances including 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon.
Training Teams:
- Walk2Run 5K: Ideal for beginning runners or those looking to improve their current pace.
- Take on the 10K: For runners who have completed a 5K and want to step up to the next level.
- Walk/Run 13.1: Designed for those aiming to run their first Half Marathon using walk/run intervals.
- Let's Run 13.1: Our most popular Half Marathon training program, proven to help thousands cross the finish line.
- You Can Do 26.2: For those seeking a significant challenge, this Full Marathon training program is designed for all paces.
Features a flexible 16-week training schedule developed by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches. Includes weekly group runs on Saturday mornings (endurance/long-run) and Tuesday evenings (speed/hills) at various San Antonio parks and greenways. Support includes weekly coach emails, a Facebook group, social events, and a SARR Training Team shirt. A free 4-week basebuilder program starts in July. Training is for SARR Members; non-members can join SARR during signup.
