Santa Resolution 6.5km & 13km Fun Run
This event is a runner/walker social event with no focus on racing! Its all about jump starting your new year’s resolution of staying fit and keeping connected with friends and encouraging each other to stay active over the winter months, while having fun on the run!
Distance: 6.5 km or 13 km
When: Saturday Dec 13, 2025
Course: Road with 40 meters gain/loss per 6.5 km loop. The start/finish will have water and Gatorade. Start times are staggered.
- 6.5 km start 10:45 am (1 loop) 8 - 9 min pace
- 6.5 km start 11:15 am (1 loop) 5 - 7 min pace
- 13 km start 9:45 am (2 loops) 8 - 9 min pace
- 13 km start 10:15 am (2 loops) 6 - 7 min pace
Reception: Starts at 12 noon and ends at 12:45 pm at Centreville Baptist Church, with pizza, coffee, water, pop, and cheesecake (including gluten-free option). Please indicate gluten-free preference by Dec 10th.
Special Guest: Santa will make an appearance at noon, handing out gifts and asking about New Year's resolutions. Draw prizes for festive attire.
Washroom & Parking: Available at Centreville Baptist Church.
Event Cancelation: Notification via Race Roster email the day before. 100% deferral to St Patrick's day fun run/walk (March 14) if cancelled.
Registration fees: $29.26 (includes $4.26 Race Roster fee). Limited to the first 30 entries. Age limit of 18.
Start location: Centreville Baptist Church, 870 Murray Dr Centreville, NS, BOP 1J0. Meet at the church and walk 200 meters to the start on Hwy 359.
