Presented by Tidewater Striders and City of Suffolk Parks and Recreation. Join us at beautiful Downtown Festival Park in Suffolk, Virginia as we celebrate all of those who have served our country.

Course Information
RACE TIMES:
- 5k Run and Race Walk Starts at 8:00 AM
- 1 Mile Starts at Approx 9:15 AM
The Course: Join us on this fast, flat-ish course starting in downtown Suffolk, and running through beautiful Riverview Neighborhood. There will be 1 aid station with water at about the 1.5 mark.
AMENITIES & POST-RACE:
- All 5k & 1 Mile registered runners will receive a Premium T-Shirt.
- All finishers will receive Medals.
- Onsite hospitality & refreshments including After-party with live Band, Beer, Food, Snacks, and Cold Beverages.
Packet Pickup
Early Packet Pickup:
- Location: Momac Brewery, 3228 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703
- When: Friday, November 7th, 3 pm-6 pm!
Race Day Packet Pickup: In Festival Park.
- 7:00 – 7:50 am for 5K
- 7:00 – 9:00 am for the Mile
AWARDS:
5K Run and Race Walk: Top 3 OVERALL Male and Female, Top 3 Masters Male and Female, Top 3 Male and Female in age groups (12 & Under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70+). Top 3 Walkers Male and Female will also receive awards.
1 Mile: Top 3 Males and Females in age groups (6 & Under, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 & Over) will receive awards.
Battle of the Branches: Military Team competition between the different branches. Awards for the largest branch and fastest branch.
Discounts
- CLUB MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS: A Club Membership discount of $5.00 is available up through Race Day.
- STRIDER PLUS/LEGACY RUNNERS: Discount will automatically be applied at checkout through Race Day.
