Race Courses:
The race courses lead over asphalted service paths and paved paths through the idyllic Ruhrauen. The course is officially measured according to international competition rules (IWR).
- 400-meter Bambinilauf (Children's run)
- 1,000-meter Schüler*innenlauf (Students' run)
- 2,000-meter Schüler*innenlauf (Students' run)
- 5-km-Lauf (5 km run)
- 5-km-Walking/Nordic Walking (5 km walking/Nordic walking)
- 1.6-km-Lauf Einsteiger/Reha (Beginner/Rehabilitation run)
- 28th RWW-Ruhrauenlauf (Main run) over 10 km

Parking:
The Aldi parking garage (directly opposite the sports facility) is available free of charge on race day from 11 am.
Registration:
Early bird prices for the 10 km runs are valid until July 24th. The registration deadline is Friday, August 21, 2026. Late registrations will be considered as late entries and incur an additional late entry fee.
