Start and Finish: Marktplatz Bütgenbach (in front of the church). Changing rooms and showers available at the school, Wirtzfelder Weg.
Start Times:
- Children's races: 18:15 (U8), 18:30 (U10), 18:45 (U12)
- Youth, General, and Team Run 4.5 km: 19:10
- Main Run 11.4 km: 19:00
Distances and Fees:
- Children's races 500m - 1000m - 1500m: €3.00
- Youth, General, and Team Run (4-person teams) 4.5 km: €8.00
- Main Run 11.4 km: €8.00 (Challenge participants: €6.00)
Awards and Prizes:
- Children's races: Medals for all participants. Special awards for the top 3 boys and girls in each age class.
- Main Run: Cash prizes for the top 3 women and men. Product prizes for the winners of each age class.
- 4.5km Run: Product prizes for the top 3 women and men, and for the winners of each age class. Product prizes for the top 3 teams (4-person teams).
All participants receive a free drink voucher when picking up their race number.
Award Ceremonies:
- Children's races: After the finish.
- 4.5 km and 11.4 km: Around 21:00.
Musical entertainment in the festival tent after the run.
Registration:
On-site only on the day of the event starting from 17:00.
