🚔 Run with the Cops – National Night Out Fun Run 🍩
Join us for a unique, family-friendly event during Williamston's National Night Out at McCormick Park! Run With the Cops brings together local law enforcement officers, runners, walkers, families, and community members for an evening of movement, laughter, and community connection. Whether you're running your fastest mile, enjoying a leisurely walk, or simply showing up for the donuts, everyone is welcome.
Proceeds from the event will support local law enforcement!
Race Details:
Race Distance: This is a sprint through the park. Each participant will run about 100-500 meters. Some participants may run more.
Race Schedule:
- Kids Race: Starts around 5:00 PM (Kids 12 & under are FREE with paying adult)
- Adult Race: Begins shortly after (approximately 5:15–5:30 PM)
Come early and stay after! National Night Out runs from 4:00–8:00 PM and McCormick Park will be packed with fun for the whole family, including:
- First responders, vehicles, and equipment to explore
- Live DJ at the bandshell
- Petting zoo
- Water shower/splash area for kids (weather permitting)
- FREE hot dogs
- Vendors, giveaways, local businesses, and community organizations
- Special appearances from Sparty mascots!
This is more than a race. It’s a fun night to connect with the community, laugh a lot, and make memories with your family. 🍩 And yes... there will be donuts waiting at the finish line.
