Run Hatteras 5k Road Race Series
Start your morning right with fun and fitness on the Outer Banks! The Run Hatteras Summer 5k Race Series takes place on Friday mornings during Summer 2026 in Kinnakeet Shores, Avon, NC.
Details:
- Time: Start 8 AM
- Location: SUN Realty, 41838 NC-12, Avon, NC 27915
- Description: Enjoy a flat, fast-paced run/walk through beautiful Kinnakeet Shores, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
- Included: T-shirt, unique finisher medal, and chip timing for all participants.
- Awards: Top 3 male and female in Overall, 1st place Youth (14 & under), and 1st Place Masters (40 & Over).
- Post-Race: Light breakfast and refreshments provided at the finish line.
Registration & Packet Pickup:
- Online Registration: Available anytime.
- Race Day Packet Pickup/Registration: 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM at the start line at SUN Realty, Avon. No pre-event morning packet pickup.
