Run for the Whales Sanremo 2026
The Run for the Whales Sanremo will take place in Sanremo on Saturday 20 June 2026. This is a charity marathon to support the Tethys ONLUS Institute, aiming to raise awareness about whales and dolphins in the Ligurian Sea and to collect funds for their protection and scientific research.
The event is divided into a competitive half marathon for runners, a non-competitive 10 km race, and a 3 km walk for everyone. The Run for the Whales will take place on the cycle-pedestrian path of the Riviera dei Fiori, which runs along the sea.

About the Charity:
Founded in 1986, the Tethys Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of cetaceans and the Mediterranean.
