RRRC Pony Pasture 5K, in memory of Peter Still

The Richmond Road Runners Club dedicates this annual 5K race to the memory of Dr. Peter Still. Peter was a scholar, gentleman, runner, and a friend to many. The proceeds of this race benefit the Richmond Road Runners Club Scholarship Fund. Each year the club has awarded $3,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors. The scholarships are awarded to individuals who have and will represent the beneficial aspects of running as a healthy lifestyle. The recipients of the 2025 scholarships will be announced at the conclusion of the Pony Pasture 5K.

In-person race:
April 15th to May 26th @ 11:59PM: RRRC members: $12 plus processing fee, Non-members: $17 plus processing fee
May 27th to July 4th @ 11:59PM: RRRC members: $20 plus processing fee, Non-members: $25 plus processing fee
July 5th to Saturday, July 26 @ 7:29 AM: RRRC members: $25 plus processing fee, Non-members: $30 plus processing fee
Virtual race:

Cup-less water station; bring reusable cup or water bottle.
No animals, skateboards, inline skates, or bicycles allowed.
Personal music devices strongly discouraged.
Parking
Limited parking at Pony Pasture; consider parking at Stratford Hills Shopping Center (1-mile walk).
Race Shirts
Guaranteed for runners registering before July 4th.
Awards & Prizes
Awards for top 3 overall male/female and top male/female masters finishers. Ribbons for top 3 in each 5-year age group.
Race Packet/Bib Number Pick Up
Friday, July 25: Lucky Road (1601 Willow Lawn Drive Richmond, Virginia 23230) from 3-6pm.
Race morning: Pony Pasture, starting at 6:15 AM. Race starts at 7:30 AM.
