COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start and Finish at the Selkirk Lodge - Follow the 4.5 Mile Quartz Mountain Lookout Trail Out-And-Back.
AID STATIONS
Fully stocked Aid Station with Food/H20/Electrolytes will be at the Selkirk Lodge throughout the event.

SELF SUFFICIENCY
Yes, we got you covered for Food/H20/Electrolytes but we recommend you bring your go-to nutrition that your body is used to.
WHAT YOU GET
All participants will get a Phase One Training Tee at packet pick-up and a patch upon Finish. 50 Miler Finishers get custom Buckle.
CLOSING CEREMONY
At 830PM, We will wrap our time up together with final words and passing out patches/buckles.

TRACKING LOOPS/MILES
After every loop, all participants will mark a "tally" on their Bib number that will be displayed at the Selkirk Lodge. You can also check in with myself or a volunteer to help keep track for you. Your Bib will be handed to you with your Finisher Patch during Closing Ceremony. If you have a smartwatch, please show the Race Director at the end of the event so we can get the most accurate results posted for your UltraSignup profile.
