Rocket to the Moon 5k
This event takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026 in Wapakoneta, OH and includes a 5k Run/Walk, Kids 1-Mile Fun Run, and a Virtual 5k option.
- 5k Run/Walk: $30, 8:30AM EDT
- Kids 1-Mile Fun Run: $25, 8:40AM EDT
- Virtual 5k: $35
The race starts and finishes at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds and winds through town. All paved roads and mostly flat!
MOON CITY CHALLENGE: Participate in all three races (Rocket Run 5K, Run to the Moon, and Fly Me To The Moon) to receive a special medal. Individual race registration does not qualify for the challenge medal.
