River's Edge Endurance Challenge
Join us for the 8th Annual River's Edge Endurance Challenge! Choose between a 5K (3.1 mile) race or our popular 3-hour and 6-hour endurance challenges.
Course Details:
- 5K Race: Approximately 3.1 miles, primarily on the River's Edge Trail system with a short start/finish on school property.
- 3-Hour Endurance Challenge: A 5-mile loop course, with about 1 mile on Brunswick High School property and the rest on the River's Edge Trail system. Complete as many loops as you can in 3 hours.
- 6-Hour Endurance Challenge: Same 5-mile loop as the 3-hour challenge, but complete as many loops as you can in 6 hours.
Important Dates & Registration:
- T-Shirt Deadline: Register before September 3, 2026, to guarantee a T-shirt.
- Medal Deadline: Register before August 15, 2026, for a chance to receive a race medal (limited supplies).
- Online Registration: Closes September 26, 2025, at 8:00 AM.
- In-Person Sign-in: Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
Race Day Information:
- Start Time: All races (5K, 3-Hour, 6-Hour) begin at 8:00 AM.
- Random Drawings: Gift cards will be awarded via random drawing at 7:45 AM.
Location:
Lower practice fields between Brunswick High School and Brunswick Middle School, Brunswick, MD.
Pricing:
- 5K Run: $35.00 - $45.00
- 3-Hour Run: $50.00 - $60.00
- 6-Hour Run: $60.00 - $70.00
Prices increase after September 24th.
Beneficiary:
100% of race fees support the Brunswick High School Track and Field program, funding equipment needs. This is a non-profit event sponsored by the Brunswick High School Athletic Boosters Club (a 501(c)(3)). Registration fees and donations are tax-deductible.
