Rhino Trail Run 5K/10K/Half-Marathon/30K
Welcome to Alpine Trail Race Series Season 3 (ATRS 3.0)! Join us for a challenging and scenic trail race through Mount Airy Forest, Cincinnati's largest park, offering nearly 1,500 acres of beautiful trails.

- 5K Race Route
- 10K Race Route
- Half-Marathon (2 loops of 10K route)
- 30K (3 Loops of 10k Route)
Note: Race course details will be updated 2 weeks before the event. The organizer reserves the right to change the race route as deemed necessary.
Race Information
- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- BIB Pickup: Starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
- Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
- Themed Races: All 5K and 10K runs feature a fun theme.
- Trail Running Series Awards: Runners earn series points towards yearly awards with travel opportunities for top male and female winners.
- Participants: Runners and walkers are welcome.
- Finisher Medal: All finishers receive a themed medal.
- Finisher T-shirt: Half-Marathon and 30K participants receive a finisher t-shirt. For other distances, t-shirts will be available for purchase. Orders placed under 12 business days before the race will be shipped after the race day.
- Costume: Encouraged but not required. Best Costume Awards given at each live race.
- Community: Small race atmosphere to connect with local runners and walkers.
- Transfer: Option to transfer to another race if you miss this one.
- Monthly Races: Most races are held monthly in Cincinnati.
- Youth Discount: 15% discount for participants under 20 years old.
- Course Time Limit: 5 hours
Race Rules
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
- No dogs on the course. Walkers are always welcome.
ATRS Rules & Regulations
The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31. Participants are automatically enrolled in the series upon completing a qualifying ATR race. Points are awarded in each age category (male and female) for each qualifying race. The top 3 participants with the most points in each category at the end of the series receive an award. All times are based on gun times. Awards will be mailed on December 1st.
