Relais Campagnard de Là-Haut
This event is not just about running; it's about teamwork, organization, and sharing the effort until the very last push. The Relais Campagnard de Là-Haut is a pair format where strategy is as important as stamina, and every lap tells a new story.
One relay, two teammates, three laps… and a single objective: finish together.
What you will find on-site:
- A pair race (M/M – M/F – F/F), designed for sharing and common rhythm.
- An event integrated into the Challenge des Belles du Haut-Pays.
- A structured relay format in 3 laps:
- Lap 1: 4.5 km (runner 1)
- Lap 2: 4.5 km (runner 2)
- Lap 3: 3.7 km (runners 1 + 2 together)
- A specific canicross start at 6:30 PM, separate from the relay.
- A clear system: each participant wears their own bib.
- A simple but essential rule: each pair must have a team name.
- A Challengers BHP category, requiring the use of the dedicated bib (and the possibility of mixed challenger/non-challenger pairs).
Course Focus:
Three laps, two dynamics, one progression. The Relais Campagnard de Là-Haut plays on contrasts: first, the individual effort, steady and rhythmic, over two identical 4.5 km loops where each person takes their part of the terrain. Then, the final, shorter but shared, where the pair reunites for 3.7 km to finish side-by-side.
This is where everything comes together: legs starting to speak, gazes adjusting, and the simple idea of finishing together what was started separately.
And for some young duos under 10 years old, the format adapts with two short laps in relay only, to keep the spirit without forcing the framework.
3 (very) good reasons to participate:
- Experience a race where you never truly run alone, even when you're by yourself on the loop.
- Try a format that mixes effort management, relay, and pair cohesion.
- Share an arrival as a duo… and understand that the best times are often those we build together.
The Relais Campagnard de Là-Haut offers a seemingly simple playground, but subtle in its rhythm. A format where you quickly learn that running as a pair isn't about adding efforts… it's about synchronizing them.
