The Rainforest Run Freiburg is a charity run with a festival atmosphere, where start fees go towards rainforest conservation. The goal is to actively contribute to climate protection and raise awareness among others.

- 09:15: Opening & Welcome Remarks
- 09:30: 1 km Kids Run U8 (Ages 2019 & 2020)
- 09:45: 1 km Kids Run U10 (Ages 2017 & 2018)
- 10:15: 7.8 km Long Distance (Age 2012 and older)
- 12:15: 2.6 km Short Distance (Age 2016 and older)
- 12:20: 5.2 km Medium Distance (Run & Nordic Walking) (Age 2014 and older)
- 13:30: Inclusive Run

Support the Cause
With your entry fee, you can support a tree nursery, reforest vital primary forest, protect the habitat of wild cats and sun bears, contribute to climate protection, strengthen the rights of indigenous communities, and have fun exercising together!
The start fees are 100% donated to the Bruno Manser Fund's reforestation project, which supports the Penan community in building tree nurseries and reforesting destroyed rainforest areas.
