About Pretty Muddy
Get ready for an unforgettable day out as you climb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® 5k obstacle course! Sign up as a group with friends and family, or go solo and join hundreds of people on the day. There's no pressure to finish in a certain time, so take it your own pace, get muddy and enjoy the atmosphere. However you take part, you're helping to beat cancer.
The start and finish is in the middle of Pitchcroft Racecourse. The course is on a mixture of terrain. The start, first 1k and last 1k is on grass contained within the racecourse. The middle of the route is along the pavement surrounding the racecourse.
Participants must be at least 13 years old to take part; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are available for younger children. Entry fees listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. Participation requires a minimum fundraising target of £50.
Start times are run in staggered waves every 15 minutes. Marshals are present on course to assist with obstacles. On completion participants receive a Race for Life medal and a fundraising pack.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Sunflower wristbands are available. BSL stage content via a QR code.
Travel Information
There will be no event car parking for this event. We recommend car sharing and using public transport. Local car parks are available nearby. Drop off and pick up areas are available. Blue badge parking is limited. Public transport and pedestrian access is available via Worcester City Centre bus station and Worcester Foregate train station.
