Race for Life Pretty Muddy Poole 5k
The Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course at Baiter Park, Poole on 29 May 2027. Participants climb, crawl and slide around a marked course that mixes grass and tarmac and includes muddy obstacles.
The start and finish are on grass. The course loops around Poole Park, passes under the railway line and enters Whitecliff Recreational Ground and Harbourside Park.
Start times are organised in staggered waves with intervals of 15 minutes. The meeting point is the start and finish area at Baiter Park, where participants gather in front of the stage for a warm up and course instructions.
Travel notes: there is limited parking around Baiter Park with spaces in Harbourside 1 and 2; drop offs use Harbourside 1. Very limited blue badge parking is available approximately 450 m from the site on hardstanding. Poole railway station is a 16 minute walk and buses stop near the venue. There are no bike racks at the event.
Facilities: refreshments and toilets available. Not suitable for dogs, bag drop, showers, pushchairs and wheelchair access. The ground is flat grass but may become muddy in wet weather.
