Quarry Shack 5 Miler 5th Annual
Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Location: 1069 Main St. Vintondale, PA 15961 US
Description: This 5-mile nighttime race takes place on the Rexis Branch of the Ghosttown Trail. The course is out and back, with a turnaround point near the Quarry Shack. Runners will need a light source. Halloween costumes are encouraged!
Events:
- 5 Mile Run: $20 (free for ages 0-10 until registration closes, $10 day-of)
- 5 Mile Walk: $20 (free for ages 0-10 until registration closes, $10 day-of)
Schedule:
- 5:30 pm: Registration opens
- 6:15 pm: Registration closes
- 6:30 pm: Race starts
- 8:00 pm: Race ends
- 8:05 pm: Awards ceremony
Awards: Top 3 M & F overall, top 3 in each age group for the run and walk.
What's Included: Custom race bib number, custom race sticker, chip timing finish, safe environment, post-race snacks.
