Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival - 20th Anniversary

Join us at Spring Hill in South Berwick, Maine for the 20th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival, voted Best Race in New England, Most Scenic Course, Best Swag, and Best Beginners Race.
RACE DISTANCES
- Sprint Triathlon (Solo + Relay): .3 mile swim | 15 mile bike | 5K run
- Olympic Triathlon (Solo + Relay): .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike | 10K run
- Olympic Aqua Bike: .9 mile swim | 25 mile bike
All races start at 7:00 AM at Spring Hill. Olympic athletes go first, followed by Sprint.

Proceeds generated by the Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival support Marshwood Education Foundation. Since 2006, Pumpkinman has donated over $435,000 to community causes.
