Pride & Remembrance Run
The Pride & Remembrance Run is a charity running event that raises funds for 2SLGBTQ+ organizations. The 2026 edition marks the 30th anniversary and includes both in-person and virtual options. Proceeds are distributed each year to selected beneficiaries; since 1996 the event has raised over 3.7 million dollars. The 2026 fundraising target is reported as 350,000 dollars.
The event offers multiple formats for different ages and preferences. A community run is held separately with a social group run option and a 3 km walk variant, finishing at Great Lakes Brewpub where the brewery donates 1 dollar from every pour to the fundraising efforts. The event features a festive atmosphere with music, cheer sections, and an after-race social. Participants may run, walk, or roll at their own pace.
