Port Glasgow 10k
21 Jun 2026
The Port Glasgow 2026 10K run is now open for online entries.
The race is organised by Port Glasgow Runners, a running group for people in Port Glasgow and the surrounding area to get fit.
Runners set off from the Coronation Park and then head out along the Clyde to Kingston Dock, before retuning back to the Coronation Park and on towards Kelburn Park via the "Boardwalk". The runners will run around Kelburn Park before returning via the "boardwalk' past Newark Castle with the race finished back at the Coronation Park. The race is run under UK Athletics Rules but is not a measured route.
This race is run on pavements and is suitable for all participants provided that you are fit enough to run/walk 10k. Participants must be aged 15 years old or older on the day of the race.
The organisers are being assisted by an extensive number of voluntary marshals. The safety of all is paramount and it is a condition of entry that competitors must follow the instructions of the marshals.
There are a maximum of 300 entries in this event, only available online, priced £12.50 (£10 early bird).
Race Numbers will be available to be collected prior to the race with timings provided. The race start time is 11.00am.
