What better way to end these HOT summer days than with a Popsicle 5K, AND WE'VE ADDED A 10K & HALF MARATHON?!! Come join us for a 5K, 10K, or half and finish with nice cold popsicles at Zorinsky Lake Park!
The course will be an out and back on the Cottonwood Creek Trail. Come on out and join us as we enjoy the morning on the Trail and have a few icy treats! You will have a great run and great atmosphere to kick off the weekend!

Regular Registration (ends 08/05): 5K: $30, 10K: $35, Half Marathon: $50. Virtual: $35. Last Minute Registration (ends 08/10): 5K: $32.50, 10K: $37.50, Half Marathon: $52.50. Race Day: 5K: $35, 10K: $40, Half Marathon: $55.
Awards & Goodies
We have awards in all races as follows: Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Overall Masters M/F, Top 3 Overall Grand Masters M/F, Top 3 Overall Sr. Grand Masters M/F, Top 3 in each of the normal 5 year age groups 10 & Under through 75+. Everyone will get a race shirt guaranteed in their size until 8/1 and a popsicle at the Finish!
Groups & Teams
Running is more F-U-N together, even if we're far apart! Grab your friends, co-workers, neighbors or family and participate as a GROUP/TEAM. Your TEAM can be local or across the states; virtual participants will have their shirts shipped!
Virtual Running - How it works
Can't make it out to the event site on race day? Still want to participate or support the cause and have a shot at an award? Or, maybe you saw the shirt and said: "Sweet...I want one!", then the virtual race is for you. Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date!
