Join us for PHOENIX RM - Ricky Races 3 2024, a mid-week run based in Rickmansworth. Choose your distance and see how far you can go in 6 hours on the flat and scenic route at Rickmansworth Aquadrome.
Event Details:
This is one of our 6 hour timed events where you choose - you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 3.28-mile loop around the Aquadrome. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
Route Information:
The picturesque Rickmansworth Aquadrome is just 3 miles from the M25 junction 18. The flat scenic route is on tarmac and hard-packed paths that take you alongside the River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome. There is free parking, toilets and an excellent cafe right near the start.
