PHL5K On the Runway - Sponsors and Donors
This is the official sponsorship and donation page for the PHL5K On the Runway Run/Walk event. To register for the race, please visit https://phl.org/phl5k.
Corporate and Organization Sponsorship Program details are provided below.
Steps to Sponsor:
- Use the DONATE button above to Sponsor/Donate.
- Enter your donation amount that aligns with your desired Sponsorship Level.
- Click “Other” in the “On Behalf Of” section.
- Enter your organization's name.
- Once you complete your donation, you will be contacted by someone on the Sponsorship Program Team with more information.
Note to Sponsors: After you donate, you will be contacted with more information on how to submit your company logo and additional details regarding your sponsorship.

- Sponsor’s logo will appear on our Race Day Banner
- Sponsors will be listed on the PHL.org Official Race Website
- Sponsors will be featured in LinkedIn and other Social Media posts thanking our sponsors and providing sponsor websites and company/organization information
- Sponsor's logo will appear on the official Race Day T-Shirt
- FLASH OFFER: Commit by August 1 for sponsor's company logo to be included on the official race day t-shirt!
- Non-profit Organizations, DBE Firms, and Government Agencies - Donation of Any Size
- All benefits of the Corporate Sponsorship
- Pacesetter Sponsor (Limited Availability) - $1,100

- Additional sponsor promotion on Social Media
- Two free race entries
- Sponsor’s logo will appear on one of our Race Pacesetters – visible before, during, and after the race
- Gold Corporate Sponsor (Limited Availability) - $1,600

- Advertisement at a specific aspect of the race, like the Water Station, the Start/Finish Line, the Post-Race Nutrition Station, etc.
- Sponsors will be featured on a “Brought to you by:” sign
- Company information shared with all participants prior to the start of the race.

- Exclusive sponsorship of the March of Dimes “Crawl the Runway” kid zone, which includes special signage at the March of Dimes booth.
- The “Crawl the Runway” kid zone will feature a miniature runway play area for kids attending the event.
