Pen Run Langley Half and Full Marathon Spring 2026
Join the Peninsula Runners Langley Spring 2026 Half and Full Marathon run group, also known as the 301 group. This program is geared towards the BMO Half and Full Marathon on May 3, 2026, and aims to prepare participants for the starting line and finishing strongly.
The group meets twice a week: Saturday mornings and Wednesday nights. The first Saturday run is January 10th, 2026, and the first Wednesday run is January 7th, 2026.
Key Information:
- Long Runs: Saturdays at 7 AM (7:30 AM for the first six weeks).
- Wednesday Workouts: Start at either 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM, focusing on key workouts to build strength.
- Prerequisites: Participants should be able to run at least 40 minutes for the half marathon or 60 minutes for the full marathon before the first long run.
- Power Walking Group: Available on Saturdays for those who prefer to walk a 10K or a half marathon.
- Cost: $100 for the spring program (yearly option available). Includes both weekly runs and a 15% discount on store purchases.
- Included: Two weekly emails from the store, a program outline, and a Pen Runners shirt.
