Race Details
This event is part of the DQ Events Grand Prix and DQ Events Club Challenge.
**This year we will have a new and improved bike course!**
- DUATHLON: 1 mile Trail Run, 13 mile Road Cycle, 5K Trail Run (2 Person Relay available)
- SUPER SPRINT: 1 mile Trail Run, 7 mile Road Cycle, 2 mile Trail Run (A great event for beginners or kids)
- RUN ONLY OPTION: 5K Trail Race on one of the park's most unique trails.
- BIKE TT: a 19-mile Time Trial on low traffic scenic roads.
Awards
No double-dipping or duplicate awards. Awards may vary based on event, category, attendance, etc.
Duathlon Awards
- Overall: Top 3 Male & Female, 1st Overall Athena and Clydesdale
- Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
5k Trail Race
- Overall: Top 3 Male & Female
- Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 60-69, 70+
USAT Information
This is a USAT Sanctioned event. All participants (excluding the trail run) must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of the event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines.
