THE CAUSE
Every step you take on race day helps someone with Parkinson’s take stronger steps in everyday life. Beat Parkinson’s Today provides evidence-based exercise classes that improve balance, strength, mobility, and confidence for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Your registration and fundraising keep these classes affordable and help us expand into new communities through our growing satellite program, bringing life-changing exercise to more people close to home.

HOW TO REGISTER
Just click on the Sign Up button in the top right. Online registration closes 15 minutes prior to the start of the race. If you plan to register at the race, you will be asked to scan a QR code with your phone that take you to this online registration site.

Our program offers exercise classes designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s, both in-person and online, along with community support and wellness services. The founder herself, Michelle, who has been living with Parkinson’s for nearly 20 years, knows firsthand that exercise is medicine, and now she’s inviting everyone to join her in this energizing, cause-driven event!
