Palisades Will Rogers 5K Run in Venice
This annual event, held on July 4th, includes a 5K Run/Walk, a Kids Fun Run, and the Dick Lemen Run - High School Competition 5K. For 47 years, it has been a centerpiece of the Palisades’ 4th of July celebration. This year's event will be held at Venice Beach due to fire damage at the traditional location. Race proceeds will go toward rebuilding the Pacific Palisades Park & Community Center.
- 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 miles, 7:00AM PDT, $44.25 (Price increases after June 3, 2025)
- Half Mile Kids Fun Run: 8:30AM PDT, $27.75 (Price increases after June 24, 2025)
- Dick Lemen Run - High School Competition 5K: 3.1 miles, 7:00AM PDT, $60.40, Registration Opens June 11, 2025
