Location: Race Start and Finish at the Kill Devil Hills Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948 (in front of the Town War Memorial).
Packet Pick-up:
- Early: Thursday, July 2, 2026 (2 PM - 6 PM) at The Gym, 3712 Croatan Hwy (Hwy 158) MP 4½, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949.
- Race Day: 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM

This is an all-American family and community event in the spirit of American Independence! It is a chip-timed event with results posted online and emailed.
Awards: Unique awards for the top 1st - 3rd place Overall Male and Female winners, 1st - 3rd place M/F Masters (over 40), and 1st in each age group (10-year increments starting at U10).
Included: Event t-shirt, unique finisher medals, watermelon, pastries, light refreshments, chip timing, and professional event photography.
