LadyRushers is a running crew based in Jakarta, Indonesia, founded in April 2016. The crew, which consists of over 90 members, primarily focuses on encouraging women to participate in running and strength training. The crew meets twice a week for runs and workouts. The aim of LadyRushers is to change the stereotype that running is a male-dominated sport and to create a supportive and fun environment for women to enjoy running and fitness. The crew is open to women of all ages and backgrounds, with the goal of promoting running as a lifestyle rather than just a workout.
