ACT WOMEN’S RUNning was founded in 2017 in Tokyo by Emi. The crew aims to change the perception of running as being tough, monotonous and boring, and instead show the excitement and joy of running. They meet twice a month at a public bath in Ikejiri near Shibuya. The RUNNING CREWS project is constantly growing and they are working hard to make Running Crews a tool for the runner’s community.
