Our Open Water Swim Training Program is designed to help athletes build confidence, overcome open water anxiety, and become a more efficient open water swimmer. Whether you're training for your first triathlon or looking to sharpen your race-day performance, this program focuses on the skills that matter most when the black line disappears.
What to Expect:
- Marked 1/2 mile swim course
- Lifeguards in water for safety
