The Onkolauf Essen will take place in Essen on Saturday, September 26, 2026. This event is organized by Onkolauf e.V. in cooperation with TLV Germania Überruhr, with the start and finish located in Grugapark (Orangerie entrance).

- 11:30 AM – End of Walking Competition
- 12:00 PM – 300m Bambinilauf (Birth Year 2020)
- 12:05 PM – 300m Bambinilauf (Birth Year 2021)
- 12:10 PM – 300m Bambinilauf (Birth Year 2022)
- 12:15 PM – 300m Bambinilauf (Birth Year 2023)
- 12:20 PM – 300m Bambinilauf (Birth Year 2024)
- 12:30 PM – Certificates and Medals for Bambinis
- 1:00 PM – 1km AOK Schülerlauf Girls (Birth Year 2015-2019)
- 1:15 PM – 1km AOK Schülerlauf Boys (Birth Year 2015-2019)
- 1:30 PM – 1km AOK Schülerlauf (Birth Year 2011-2014)
- 1:45 PM – Award Ceremony for Schülerläufe
- 2:00 PM – 2.5km Corporate and Team Run (3 runners per team)
- 2:00 PM – 2.5km Jedermannlauf (without age group ranking)
- 3:00 PM – 5km Main Run (with age group ranking)
Entry Fees:
- Bambinilauf: €3.00
- Schülerläufe: €5.00
- All other runs: €14 per participant
- Late entries: additional €2.00 per participant
All prices include entry to the Grugapark. The entire proceeds of the event go to the Cancer Counseling service, PariSozial gGmbH in the city of Essen.
