On A Plod is a 5-hour, backyard-style running event that feels more like a moving party than a traditional race. Live tracking, rolling leaderboards, DJs, unreal brands, full refuel zone and unlimited Jubel's - all built around a fast, flat 3km loop. Every lap starts and finishes at our race hub, so you’re never far from your mates, the music or the atmosphere. Run one loop or keep stacking them for the full 5 hours - you choose your finish line. A fast, flowing city loop starting and finishing at Sleven Fitness in Vauxhall, blending wide pavements, quiet backstreets, and a stint around the Oval. You’ll head out towards The Oval before looping back through Kennington, with a stint through Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens to reset the legs before returning to the Race Hub.
