Ollie's Ultra - December 4 - 5, 2026
Ollie's Ultra is a USATF Certified Course endurance event hosted at Santa Fe Park in Chanute, Kansas. This year, new 48 and 36-hour races will start on Friday morning at 8 am. Additionally, there are 24-hour races (one starting Friday, one Saturday), 12-hour, 6-hour, and 3-hour options.
Custom awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each division. The event features a certified 2.022-mile loop run on a soft dirt trail at the old Safari Golf Course. Runners are encouraged to carry their own hydration, though a fully stocked aid station will be available at the base camp.
Registration includes a t-shirt and finisher's award. Hoodies are available for purchase. Deferrals are valid for one year.
Race Schedule & Cutoffs:
- 48 Hour: Friday 8 am start, Sunday 8 am cutoff
- 36 Hour: Friday 8 am start, Saturday 8 pm cutoff
- 24 Hour Friday: Friday 8 am start, Saturday 8 am cutoff
- 24 Hour Saturday: Saturday 8 am start, Sunday 8 am cutoff
- 12 Hour Saturday: Saturday 8 am start, Saturday 8 pm cutoff
- 6 Hour Saturday: Saturday 9 am start, Saturday 3 pm cutoff
- 3 Hour Saturday: Saturday 9 am start, Saturday 12 pm cutoff
Course Rules & Info:
- Runners must complete the course independently.
- The only aid for crews is at the base station.
- Official timing will be provided. Check out with the director if you wish to stop.
- The race runs counter-clockwise.
- Course cutting results in disqualification.
- Headlamps or lights are required for all 48, 36, 24, and 12-hour runners after dark.
- No strollers, dogs, or bikes are allowed on the course.
- Pacers are allowed after 12 hours (one pacer at a time per entrant).

Volunteers receive race credit; every 8-hour shift earns 50% off next year's signup.
