Oberwaldlauf - 5 km and 10 km

Course
The course is a circular route on asphalt and well-maintained forest paths in the Oberwald. Both routes have a valid measurement protocol and are approved by the DLV (German Athletics Association), making them eligible for record listings.
Schedule
- 13:00 - 14:00 Uhr: Bib pickup and late registration (in the tent behind the club house)
- 14:30 Uhr: Start 10 km run
- 14:45 Uhr: Start 5 km run and walking
Services
Free water, tea, and bananas are available in the finish area. Toilets, changing rooms, and showers are located in the basement of the club house and in the Eichelgartenhalle. Waffles, coffee, cake, drinks, fries, and sausages will be offered during the event.
