Our No Boundaries 5K to 10K program includes:
- Comprehensive Training Schedule

Note: Race entry is NOT included, and must be registered separately.
Season Start Dates:
- Winter season starts January 4, 2025, training for Scioto Miles 5k or 10k on March 2, 2025.
- Spring season starts March 8, 2025, training for Cap City Ohio Health 5k or Quarter Marathon on April 26, 2025.
- Summer season starts June 21, 2025, training for Grandview Yard 5k/Quarter Marathon in August 2025.
- Fall season starts in August 2025, training for an event in October 2025.
