- Late Entry Fee: 15.00 Euro (from December 5 and on race day)
- Payment: SEPA direct debit for pre-registration/online; QR code self-registration with cash payment option on-site for late entries.
- Online Registration: Available via the organizer's website (Note: 2026 registration not yet open).
- Number Pickup: On race day from 11:00 to 13:00 in the start office.
Prizes and Awards:
- All participants (runners and walkers) receive a commemorative medal.
- 100 Euro bonus for breaking the course record.
- Trophies for age group winners and the largest team.
- Prizes from the City of Herdecke for overall winners.
- Special recognition for participants completing their 10th, 20th, 25th, 30th, or 35th Nikolauslauf.
- Trophies for the oldest participants.
