Camp Timeline
- 20-week structured training plan begins: June 1, 2026
- In-person group training begins: Week of July 13, 2026
- Race Day: October 17, 2026
Weekly Group Training Sessions
- Wednesday 6PM : Speed Run (rotating locations)
- Friday 5PM : Open Water Swims at Suntree Rotary Park
- Saturday 7AM : Long Ride + Brick Run (Oars & Paddles or Cocoa Village)
- Sunday 6AM : Long Run (Oars & Paddles)
