New Forest Stinger 2026
Welcome to the New Forest Stinger 2026, hosted by Totton Running Club. Come and join us for a scenic off-road race in the beautiful New Forest. This 10-mile route is mainly on trail and offers some of the best views in the area.

Additional Information:
Numbers are collected on the day from race HQ, which will be open from 8 am. Please arrive in plenty of time for the prompt 10:00 am race start. The new start line is 1 km away from race HQ.
The race is held under UK Athletics rules on a Trail Running Association permit. Participants are asked not to attend if they are COVID-19 positive or symptomatic. Urinating in the forest could impact permit availability for future years.
Please note:
- The course is unsuitable for standard wheelchairs (start and finish area are access friendly for supporters).
- Dogs are not permitted with runners on the course.
- No deferrals or refunds. Should the race be cancelled for any reason, any remaining funds after costs will be paid to the club charity.
- Use of MP3 players and similar devices is not permitted under UK Athletics rules; bone conducting headphones are allowed.
- Transfers are permitted until 20th November 2026.
- Maximum entrants: 301. Entries close on 19 November 2026.
- Minimum age: 17 years.
