Muswiesenlauf - The Laufklassiker in Hohenlohe
The Muswiesenlauf has a long tradition and will celebrate its 41st edition on Saturday, October 10, 2026. It is the oldest public race in the region.
Our Races
In addition to the 10,000 meter and 5,000 meter runs, there are also school runs over 500m, 1,000m, and 2,500m, as well as a 5,000m youth run.

Registration
You can conveniently register online on this homepage up to one day before the race. On race day, registration is only possible at the start number issue in the Stadel Hofburk. Late registration closes 45 minutes before the start of each race. School run registrations can also be made through the respective school.

The Muswiese
The Muswiese has existed since 1434 and is the oldest festival in Hohenlohe, taking place annually in early October in Rot am See - Musdorf. The Muswiesenlauf is the first highlight on Saturday, marking the start of the Muswiese festival.
