Multi Grouse Grind Challenge 2026
The Multi Grouse Grind Challenge takes place on June 22, 2026 at Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. It is presented as the official sanctioned event to determine the record for the most Grouse Grind ascents in a single day. Registration is listed as full.
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors require a signed waiver from a legal guardian and that guardian must act as a chaperone for the duration of the event. Each participant must meet a fundraising minimum of CA$150 for North Shore Rescue by June 11 to be eligible.
Registration includes an event bib with an RFID race chip valid for multiple ascents on the event day, two multi-use mountain admission tickets, and access to aid stations offering snacks and drinks. The event is cupless; participants should carry a refillable hydration vessel. Reusable HydraPak SpeedCups are available for purchase in the event store.
Participant rules require staying on the defined Grouse Grind trail, no downward hiking, and having at least one support person at the base or top to provide food, water, extra clothing and health monitoring. Fees, donations, and store purchases are non-refundable. Grouse Mountain reserves the right to reschedule or postpone activities. Fundraising supports North Shore Rescue.
