Welcome to the fifth annual MissionCleanWater Westfield Ultra hosted at Tamaques Park in Westfield, NJ. Participants can register for a 3hr, 6hr, 9hr, 12hr, or 24hr event where you will try and complete as many loops around Tamaques Park as possible. One loop is .8 miles and you have the option to run on pavement or on gravel.
The race start and finish location and where participants can park are at the main parking lot next to the Tennis courts and playground. Restrooms are available at that location. Runners are welcome to place gear, coolers, and shade cover anywhere near the start location of their own supplies.
This year, we introduce a fundraising component to the event. Anyone who raises $500 towards our clean water projects will receive a full refund and guaranteed entry to future races.
Race Breakdown
The start time is promptly at 9am. We suggest participants arrive before 8:30 to check in and drop off any necessary supplies. Our team will be setting up at 6:30 am.
24-Hour Rules
All runners must use a headlamp and wear a reflective vest at night. Only 24-hour participants can set up tents close to sundown. Support crews should limit travel at night, and quiet hours begin at 8 pm.
Aid Station
Located at the start/finish line, the aid station will provide snacks, prepared food, ice, water, electrolytes, GI supplies, First Aid, and hot weather gear.
MissionCleanWater is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing clean drinking water and sanitation to underserved communities.
Race Medals
Participants who register after July 15th may not receive a race medal. All finishers will receive a medal based on their event completion, and 24-hour finishers will have the chance to win a 100-mile belt buckle.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Your registration supports MissionCleanWater.
