Event Details
This event takes place on September 21, 2025, at Area 8 Conservation Area, located at 5437 Steeles Ave W, Milton, ON L9E 0R7. The event will start with a mandatory race briefing at 8:00 a.m. followed by the swimrun and swim challenges.
SwimRun Challenge
Participants can choose between the 10K and 20K swimrun event, which alternates between swimming in the beautiful Kelso Quarry and running along the park's trails.
- 10K Swimrun: Includes 3 swim stages totaling approximately 2.2K and 2 run stages totaling approximately 7.8K.
- 20K Swimrun: Includes 5K of swimming and 15K of running.
Open Water Swim
The open water swim offers distances of 1.5K, 3.0K, or 6K. Anticipated water temperatures are around 20 degrees Celsius.
