Millarville Half Marathon
The Millarville Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Millarville Racing & Agricultural Society in Millarville, Alberta. The event uses a new out-and-back course and offers three distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21 km
Race entry includes chip timing, a commemorative long sleeve finisher’s tech t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, Cinnamon "Bunner" rolls, aid station support, and post-race refreshments. Listed entry fees are: 5 km $75, 10 km $85, 21 km $115. Online registration closes June 18.
The Cinnamon "Bunner" division provides two cinnamon bun stations at 2.5 km (the 5 km course turn) and 7.5 km. Buns are available to participants in any distance and include frosting. To qualify for the bunner prize a participant must consume a whole bun at each station; $100 is awarded to the top "Bunners" who beat the top "Runners" (male and female) in the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km races.
The event’s featured charity partner is Rowan House Society, which provides crisis intervention, long term support and preventive education for those affected by domestic violence in Southern Alberta.
