Miles for Migraine - Scottsdale 2025
Miles for Migraine will host its 7th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Scottsdale AHS Event on Saturday December 6th at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than a walk/run - come connect with your migraine & headache community, listen to our speakers and get some healthy movement in before the conference! All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. 5K run is professionally timed. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize! Funds raised will benefit the AHS Resident Education Program.
Registration fees are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees.
Event Options:
- 5K Chip Timed Run: Come listen to our speakers, visit our sponsors and then participate in a chip timed 5K run. This option does not include a participant shirt. Shirts will be available as a separate charge (if desired). Free
- 2 Mile Untimed Walk: Come to listen to our speakers, visit our sponsors and then participate in an untimed 2 mile walk. Not up for the full 2 miles? That's OK, feel free to turn around at any point. This option does not include a participant shirt. Shirts will be available as a separate charge (if desired). Free
- Relax with us: Onsite Relaxation activity! Come be a part of the live event even if you'd rather not run or walk. You can come color, meditate, practice yoga, cheer for the finishers, chat with other people living with migraine and headache disease and visit our sponsors in the festival area. This option does not permit you to walk or run on the event course. Free
- Virtual Event Participant: Select an activity that makes you happy and represents intentional movement or relaxation. Have your swag bag mailed to you for an additional charge. It will have your participant shirt, an event bib, a finisher medal and a few other goodies too!

Earn Miles for Migraine Swag based on your level of fundraising. Awards for: Top Individual Fundraiser, Top Fundraising Team, Largest Team, Spirit Award & more. 1st place Female overall, Male overall, Non Binary overall.
Packet Pick-Up: Thursday December 5th from 5-7:30pm outside the Exhibit hall at the Westin.
