MBH Benefizlauf 2026
The 19th MBH Benefizlauf will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Ibbenbüren, Germany. This charity event benefits the German Childhood Cancer Foundation and local hospice facilities, with half of the proceeds going to hospices in Ibbenbüren.
Courses and Distances:
- Mountain Biking: approx. 40 km (S2/S3 Level - for experienced riders only!) - Starts at 10:30 Uhr
- Mountain Biking: 35 km - Starts at 11:30 Uhr
- Main Run: 10 km - Starts at 15:15 Uhr
- Main Run: 5 km - Starts at 13:30 Uhr
- Walking: 5 km - Starts at 13:35 Uhr
- Children's Run: 2.1 km - Starts at 14:20 Uhr
- Toddler Run: 800 m (up to kindergarten age) - Starts at 15:25 Uhr
Registration and Fees:
Registration is open until September 13, 2026. The entry fee is €9 for the main runs and walking, and €4 for the children's run. The toddler run is free. Donations are welcome.

- 11:30 Uhr: Mountainbike Tour 35 km
- 13:30 Uhr: Main Run 5 km
- 13:35 Uhr: Walking 5 km
- 14:20 Uhr: Schülerlauf 2.1 km
- 14:45 Uhr: Award ceremony for 5 km Run & Schülerlauf
- 15:15 Uhr: Main Run 10 km
- 15:25 Uhr: Bambinilauf 800 m
- 15:45 Uhr: Medal handover Bambinilauf
- 16:30 Uhr: Award ceremony for 10 km Run
On-site registration is possible on the day of the event with an additional fee of €1. Limited spots are available for mountain bike tours. Bibs will be distributed on-site on September 19, 2026. Electronic timing will be provided by runtiming.
