Mardi Gras 5k Prediction Run
Welcome to the Mardi Gras 5K Prediction Run in Mobile, Alabama! This chip-timed event offers a unique challenge where the winner is not necessarily the fastest runner, but the participant who most accurately predicts their own finish time. It's an event for everyone, whether you want to party with the pack or run seriously.

- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- Location: 199 S Broad Street, Mobile, AL (Downtown, across from Ice Box)
- Cutoff Time: 1 hour 25 minutes
Registration and Packet Pickup:
- Online registration available via runsignup.
- Packet Pickup:
- February 1st - 6th: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Mobile (3972 Airport Blvd)
- February 7 (Race Day): 6:00 am - 7:30 am at the race site in downtown Mobile. Event-day registration will also be available.
What is a Prediction Run?
In a prediction run, participants register with a predicted finish time. The winner is the racer whose actual chip time is closest to their predicted time. To be eligible for the prediction prize, you must enter a predicted time on your registration. The use of watches or timing devices is prohibited for winning the prediction category.

Refund Policy:
- 75% refund available up to 60 days before race day.
- 50% refund available up to 30 days before race day.
- No refunds within 30 days of race day.
- Free bib transfer to another participant up to 10 days before race.
- Processing fees are non-refundable.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email before deadlines.
