Manuden 10K 2026
Sunday September 27th. To be held under the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules. Permit No: TBC
Nearly £2200 was raised in 2025 and shared between St Clare Hospice and distributed amongst the various village organisations. This year the funds raised by the fun run will be shared between Sands, the St Clare Hospice and Manuden Village organisations.
How to Enter
Entries are accepted on the day but to ease the registration process runners are encouraged to register in advance. Advance entries must be received by Saturday 20th September.

Information
Medals will be given out to all runners who complete any of the runs. Water stations will be provided en route at 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k and at the finish. Car parking is available near to the start/finish line (in the field near the Yew Tree pub); Registration will take place nearby at The Yew Tree Inn, where there will be changing facilities and toilets. First Aiders will be in attendance.
The 1k will be on the Rickling Road as usual. The start and first part of the 10k & 5k runs will also be on the Rickling Road which will be closed for the duration of all three events. The 10k and 5k will go off road a short distance from the start and will continue on bridleways and footpaths until the finish. The post code of the starting point is more or less CM23 1DY. Rules
The events are run under the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) Rules. Whilst there will be a digital clock at the start and finish, all competitors are responsible for their own timings. The organisers can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to competitors� property and are not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused before, during, after or as a result of entering the race.
10k runners must be 15 on or before 27th September 2026, unaccompanied 5K runners must be 13 and above on or before this date, accompanied must be 8 – 12, but the accompanying adult goes free. NB. One adult can accompany no more than two children.
If the race has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers then entry fees will not be refunded but all profits will be donated to the Manuden Running Club�s chosen charity.
